I am a Florida native, born at Eglin Air Force Base. My love for diving began in my childhood. I grew up watching Sea Hunt which featured the early years of SCUBA. I also enjoyed Flipper. I began diving in 1983 and now love introducing new students to the underwater world I enjoy.
I am currently retired, enjoying diving & flying when I get a chance. I was a fighter pilot with the Arizona Air National Guard.
My two most memorable dives were Darwin’s Arch which is one of the best dives in the Galapagos Islands, located off Darwin Island. To the east of the arch there's another site called The Theatre where divers descend to approximately 50 feet, looking out into the blue where thousands of fish can be observed.
My bucket list dive locations are Palau in Indonesia and the Red Sea in Egypt.
